let's keep it simple.

Egg and Cheese Bagel Sandwiches

Kristy and Bekah came for breakfast this morning. We decided to be low key.

This week for Friday morning breakfast, we kept it simple. Take some bagels, toast the bottom half and spread with cream cheese. Take the top half and top it with some cheddar. Place it under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly. Fry an egg, with seasonings and garlic salt. Place the egg on the bottom half and top with the golden cheese half. Yum. And so simple.

Serve with unlimited amounts of coffee.
