Yesterday I came home from a meeting and needed a salty snack. I was in the mood for fries, but was not wanting to have grease remorse when it came time for dinner. I had a sweet potato lying around and made some easy sweet potato wedges. Served with ketchup, guac, or any type of condiment really, they are the perfect afternoon snack.

Slice a large sweet potato into wedges or strips |

Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic. Maybe add some basil or oregano... |

Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes, and then broil for an additional 2 minutes, or until golden. |
